Hi All
I am wondering, is it possible to leave pictures “as is” instead make some remapping.
I want to make virtual walking around buildings like churches. In this case background is also essential. The use of any interpolation filter causes remapping and information losses.
To be honest, I cant understand the necessity of remapping. Please, explain me.
O2VR AS slide_show instead remapping
Try posting your question on the Pano2VR forum, this is for Object2VR (object movies)

Thenk you for reply.
But I DO need O2VR.
I want, for example, to show church all around OUTSIDE => one need O2VR
and all around INSIDE => one need P2VR.
One thing I cant understand is the remapping purpose. For my needs remapping is informational losses.

Object2VR doesn't do remapping.

Thanks for reply!

I tested O2VR (and P2VR) on other images and note, that colors are changed in output.
1. White borders becomes extremely sharp. So picture looks like noisy one.
2. Colors become not so bright as was before. Looks like RGB converted to something...
For output parameters I used maximum quality, flash and QT.
There are "test" pictures:
color change: (18Kb)

sharp white borders: (900Kb)

Hmmm.... Pano2VR/Object2VR don't support color profiles. Are your images sRGB?

I have posted links.
Try to make O2VR object from the only one picture (40x40 pixels - as an original picture is). Then open input and output and compare colors - amazing...
input picture is:
> color change: (18Kb)
In PhotoShop image mode is RGB, 8Bits/Chanel. You can check it.
I tried to convert it to WEB colors, but it is not O2VR case...
I cant understand what it is.
Please try to explaine.
