Is it possible to patch the nadir on a 360 video?

If your video software handles 360 video, then it should be easy to place at least a logo over the nadir. You can usually rotate the view to look down and place something there. If you want to actually patch it away, rather than cover it with a logo, then you'll need to export a single frame of the nadir, patch that, then trim to a small section that you can overlay on top of the nadir.
For more complex nadir and zenith with a moving camera you're going to need something like Mocha Pro to recreate what was at the nadir from frames before and after. In those instances, a logo of some sort would be a lot easier.
