How can I get rid of this "Unbekannter Ort" (unknown place)?
The map is showing the right place.

Hi Harald,
In the project file do you have a place set?
When did you upload the project?
Regards,
Hopki

Where, in the project file is that? There's 'user data' for each pano in the project which includes title, description, lat and lon, and I also add other metadata to each image in Lightroom. However, my 360s on Streetview always have the heading 'Unknown place'.In the project file do you have a place set?

Hi,
Please see the video on this page: https://ggnome.com/doc/pano2vr/6/gsv-basic-workflow/
You need to follow the instructions, add panoramas, geo-locate them on to maps, add links using the location data, then add a place, copy to all nodes if all the nodes are in the same place and then upload.
Regards,
Hopki

Martin,
one more detailed question:
is the sequence important, or does it work without problems, if the place is saved first and copied to all panos of the same tour - and afterwards the geolocation and linkin will be done?

Hi,
As long as all the data is added before you upload it will be fine.
That said you can always update a tour so if you have missed a node, just select the upload project button.
This may take longer to update on Google than uploading with all the correct data from the start.
