Unrelated to Pano2vr - Help stitching a troublesome 360!

In the 10 years i've been stitching 360's I just cannot get one of my current 360's to stitch in ptgui. If anyone is willing to help, PM me and I can send over the files for you to have a go. Obviously don't expect it to be done for free, so let me know your costs before hand.

I've had this issue with ptGUI also, especially with panos shot with long lenses in which it takes some 50-60 shots to complete the circle. My solution: stitch the pano together in segments, say each 90 degrees, with overlap on each end. Then combine in Photoshop.
