Hi,

here a Tutorial for a moving map with hotspots. I hope it´s understandable!?

:arrow: Part 1:

1. Make (or copy) your virtual map, inc. a small "show map" in the left
lower corner + a "hide map" button - (somewhere else in the map)

2. Save this map as png. file

3. Make a second (small) "Go To" or "Link" or "Open" (transparent
background) png. file

(open the "Skin Editor")

4. Move your map into the Editor window (drag & drop)

5. Select the map in the Editor window --> Action: Toggle Position;
--> Offset-X: -520
--> Offset-Y: 300
(The correct "Offset Position" is depending on your window and your map size)

:arrow: Part 2:

6. Move your second (small transparent) png. file into the editor window

7. Select this file in the editor window --> Action: Goto URL;
--> write the URL of the target file in the URL window;
--> write "_self" in the target window (to open the link in the same window)

8. Move this file in the Tree window --> underneath - the map file
(as a child) (the map file is now the parent)

9. Adjust/Move the second png file in the editor window in the correct
position (above the map and (if) text in the map).
Now it should look like e.g. "Go to - Gallery", if you move the map
(Parent) the second layer should follow (Child)

10. Add more (if required) children with moving the same file into the
editor window again

:arrow: Part 3:

11. Move the map in the editor window (included all children) in the right upper corner

12. Save and test!

If you are satisfied with the behavior of your map, upload the file to your
host server and test the "GO TO" Link (Local version may have some problems
with opening the target file in the same window...)

Hope it works, here how it should look like: :arrow: http://www.steric.de/realestate.html
