What am I doing wrong?

With the QTVR using the default settings I get error 100 message and then if I increase the cube face to 10px I get and low memory, can't play error from quick time.
I looked at the tutorials but they don't cover setting, can some one share their settings. This worked fine for me under the old version but I can't seem to get one pano to convert with pano2vr, maybe I should have tried the trial before I bought the license.
Currently I'm dragging my stitched cylindrical pano into the drop box and I have tried both QT and Flash and neither will render! I've tried this both with the mac version and pc version
Suggestions please!
