Are the Skins here really free to use ???

Dear all,

there are severall skins in this part of ggs-forum for a free download.

But I miss is a clear written statement that those skins are free to use also for commercial projects.

Is that the case ?

PS:
In some threads ther are skins with a remark: free for any use...
Ans in some other threads ther are skins with a remark that someone can buy it - in that case it is clear !

If any one posts a skin here for download then its on the assumption people will use it for whatever they want, commercial or other wise.
That said, if they don't, then why post it.
