panoramic equipment

Tell me please that for the equipment in a photo and if can advise? the equipment is necessary for shooting by one shot, cars fastening on a roof as in a photo.

It is similar to what the google earth guys use but not the same equipment. The lenses are quite large (8mm), so is the housing so it seems like it might be a home made type system incorporating several cameras.

I can not believe that apart dodeca 2360 and 0-360 in the market is no longer optimal decisions on price and quality
