How to get completed quicktime files onto site for display

How do I take the completed file of an animated object and put it onto one of my websites for display? I have a flash site or an html type site (generated in Dreamweaver). I'd like to show more than one animated object file on a page of the site.

What is the best file size and type for doing this?

The answer to your question lies in the software you are using to create your web site.
I created mine in Apple's iWeb, so I followed iWeb's directions. I suspect you will have to do the same.
