When Fulscreen on -> back to normal button

I created a button "Switch to Fullsreen" which Toggles Fullscreen.
I want to have the same button text change to "Back to Normal View" when it's Fullscreen mode.
I know how to create a buton which responds on "Mouse Over" and other but how to make it to respond to Fullscreen mode?
