Sensitivity for Row and Column

Hi all,
I know it has been addressed before,

Is there now any solution to have less sensitivity for columns (vertical sensitivity) than for rows (horizontal sensitivity)?
in order to avoid the issue of accidentally jumping to another row vertically while panning horizontally?

Hi Minos,
It is the same setting for both; in the past, people have found a balance between a slightly slower rotation with a less sensitive row change.
