Hi there,
I bumped into a project and wondering if this effect is possible to achieve. See my video if needed.

It seems this result is created with a element with no background. And something like a blur effect picking up the colors/related to where we are.
Is this effect may be replicate with a code to add to the element CSS Style?
Interesting!

Julien

Hi Julien,
Please find a working project attached.
The SVG button icons are set to permeable so it is the rectangles that have the hand icons and actions.
The rectangles also have their background colour Alpha set to 50 to allow transparency.
These also have the required CSS for the blur.
Currently, they are set to 5px, but you can increase the blur by increasing the number.
For example, 10 removes the outline of shapes but shows the colour change.
Regards,
