Architectural Tour - Toggle Surface Finish Menu Option

Hi

We are working on an Architectural Tour with Pano2Vr and the subject townhouse will come with 3x material finish variations.
I was wondering if there is a way to add a material/surface finish toggle option to the menu?
We are using the feather.orb skin & currently have additional hotspots in certain nodes to change the material option.
However, it would be great if we could globally change within the tour.
