7.0.10 pinned video does not play

Hi all,
in a new project i have added a pinned video. In the preview window it does not play, it doesnt even show the first frame. When uploaded to my server, same problem.

The video is set to:
- copy to output
- static ( but has no sound at all)
- play endless loop (playback to 0)
- clickmode to play/stop

At the first screen you find a big monitor at the wall, there the video should play.

system is p2vr 7.0.10, windows 10 22h2 19045.4170, running on vmware fusion 11.5.3 15870345, on osx 10.13.6, mac pro 5.1.

What am i missing, where have i to look at?
