Hi to all,

I don't know why, but the photos I put in pn2vr do not correspond to certain moments of the visit.

With the screenshots we can easily verify this...
In the editor, this is what I expect:
Capture d'écran 2024-02-06 154200.png
Capture d'écran 2024-02-06 154200.png (1.52 MiB) Viewed 497 times
But in the browser, this is what I get (the cache is cleared!)
Capture d'écran 2024-02-06 154218.png
Capture d'écran 2024-02-06 154218.png (3.22 MiB) Viewed 497 times
Any help would be much appreciated,
Regards, Jean-Paul.

Hi Jean-Paul,
The thumbnail menu will be in the tour browser order.
You can drag the nodes in the tour browser so they display in the order you want in the thumbnail menu.

Hi Hopki,

You say "I can drag the nodes..." but I wonder how I can do that ?

I must have missed something !

Thanks anyway,
Regards, Jean-Paul .

Click on a node and hold down the mouse, drag the node to the location you want it be and release the mouse.

Hi,

Thanks to all for the answers.

Ah, I see, there is a misunderstanding!
My problem is not the position of the nodes, but the image, the photo which illustrates this node. In the editor, the photo is the correct one, but when I publish in the browser, pn2vr displays the first five photos of the visit in duplicate in nodes where they should not appear.
Pn2vr replaces in certain nodes (see illustrations) the good photos with others which have no place there!

I think it's a problem when pn2vr calculates the tiles...

Regards, Jean-Paul.

Hi,

I wanted to view the site and followed the link you provided but couldn't find the actual tour even though I had auto translation on. Can you provide a direct link to the project bypassing all the webpage stuff.

Update: found it https://www.visitespanoramiques.com/pan ... index.html

Update 2 couldn't find the node Retour Chateau in the thumbnails so this might not be the right URL?

thanks,

Tony

You're right, you cannot find the visit because it is not online yet.
The one you found is an other one and it works fine for us.

But the screen capture show very well the problem anyway...

Very strange. I'll go indeep to find out what's going on.

Thanks for your help and have a nice day, Jean-Paul.

Hi,

Have you tried deleting all the thumbnails and republishing again?

Hi Tony,

I've found !
In the Property of the Panorama tab, I click on Convert the entry and I convert the image to tiff. Pn2vr recalculates the tiles, but the original image on my hard drive which is 9MB is now 110MB in tiff!
I generated a visit with this 110MB image, then I deleted this image to replace it with the original one which is 9MB.
And now it works!
Unbelievable... I still don't understand what happened.

Thank you for your help and have a good day, Jean-Paul.
