Hello,

I have an issue with a VR tour loadad as ggpkg to my Wordpress Website. On the localhost as well as uploaded vis FTP the tour is working as expected. Everything is fine.
My version of Pano2VR is 7.0.8 and I'm working with Windows 11 Pro and the Version of Wordpress is 6.4.2.

What is the issue?

In node #4 (Nebenzimmer) there is an image hotspot (between the two dartboards, a little camera icon) showing a different version of this room when clicked onto it. In the wordpress version 2 things are not correct:
a) the hotspot icon is not the camera icon but the hotspot icon used for going to the next room.
b) the linked image itself won't open. Instead I got an error message regarding a missing panorama xml file. (I followed the 101 webinar Image popups where at approx. minute 36ff it is mentioned that the value to be set for the popup image should contain a $(r)$(hu))

Edit: I found a second issue with the Wordpress version:
the floormap is showing two nodes (rooms) that are no longer part of the tour. The two nodes "Flur" and Office" were part of an older version of this tour that I uploaded to my wordpress site.

Here are two links to the different versions:

Hi Frank,
Getting this: Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, Entwürfe anzusehen
However make sure you use $(r)$(hu) for the action to set teh value for teh image and also make sure in the Plugin Settings you use tha newest player.

Hi Martin,

thank you for your quick response.

I copied the wrong link. It was the link from the wordpress preview (Entwurf) of the page. Sorry for that.

Meanwhile I was able to fix my issue.
My mistake was to only replace the ggpkg file in the WP media library from an older.version of this page with the current one and connect it again with the WPggnome plugin element. Instead Ishould have deleted the whole WP ggnome plugin element within my page and start from scratch.
Edit: Also possible that clearing the browser cache is necessary when updating from an older VR tour to a new one.

This is now the working link:

Thank you and kind regards
Frank
