The sky replacement function of photoshop is great for normal photos. Still it does not work with 360°-panos. There is always an edge in the pano because ps does not use any projection and treats the 360° photo as a flat image. Does anyone know a workaround?
Thanks and regards!

Hi,
You can use the patch tool.look up and add the patch.
If you go the the patch’s properties you will be able to manually go past the default setting allowing a much larger patch to be extracted.
This will make it easier to Photoshop the sky.

Thanks Hopki, I tried this (wasn't aware, that it is possible to change the patch in this way). It is difficult to create the patch, because I cannot see all of the sky in Pano2VR and the patch itself gets really huge with a lot of GBs. Is it like this?

Hi,
I guess it depends on how much of a hold you have to patch, you could patch in sections.
Not really worked with Drone panoramas so don't have the experience.
Why not post this on our Facebook user group page, you may get someone willing to share their experiences.
