Output Folder Management

Strange question, but I have almost all of it working the way I want.

When I output the final 360s I have it make three versions. HTML5 @ 800x800, HTML5 @ 4000x4000 for sequential images, and a GGPKG for Wordpress.
For years it has been a flat file system.
Output->thespin. =. HTML5
Output->thespin-4000 = Files for sequential
Output->thespin-ggpkg = An html5 version and a .GGPKG file

By doing this everytime I output, I have to add folders for 360s, SEQ, GGPKG inside of OUTPUT and move the folders around. I am now trying to get it to do the following, but the GGPKG is always empty.

OUTPUT->360s->thespin
OUTPUT->SEQ->thespin
OUTPUT->GGPKG->thespin.ggpkg
OUTPUT->GGPKG->thespin. as the html5 folder for the content of the .GGPKG
.GGPKG is empty

OUTPUT->360s->thespin
OUTPUT->SEQ->thespin
OUTPUT->GGPKG->thespin->thespin.ggpkg
OUTPUT->GGPKG->thespin. as the html5 folder for the content of the .GGPKG
This works and the GGPKG has the content.

Is it possible to create the GGPKG outside of the HTML5 versions folder, or is that just a limitation that I can clean up with my additional scripting?

Check the GGPKG folder is at the same level as the 360 and SEQ folder for successful content inclusion.
