Node Image "image border radius" preview does not appear in Skin Editor. But it seems when I outputs.

Additionally, we wish we could use the mouse scroll to zoom and the mouse wheel to pan in the Skin Editor. So the default values of "50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400" and scoll bars are not enough.

This is correct, if you want to see what it will look like in the output you can use the skin preview.
The reason for this is the skin uses CSS, you only see this in the output or skin preview.
Other elements such as the rectangle can be seen in the skin canvas.
