Could you please advise how to edit the VR skin for the virtual tour viewer in the Garden Gnome Package Viewer application. VR skin that can be edited in Pano2VR program works only in HTML version. And that's where we can resize the Hotspots. But we need to increase their size in the Garden Gnome Package Viewer skin. They are very small and awkward there. How do we do that? Thank you.

PS:Or how to make the skin for HTML version to be displayed in Garden Gnome Package Viewer? Thanks.

With the help of tech support, a workaround was found. But it affects the main skin. So for our purpose we had to make a separate tour for the Garden Gnome Package Viewer application. This is very inconvenient, and we hope that the developers of the Garden Gnome Package Viewer application will make it possible to adjust the size of 3D globes, or just make them larger. And now about the solution itself.

We used Custom Hotspot Image. And activated 3D Distorted (approximately 15-20, depending on the size you need). But there is one disadvantage here. If you want to use a round image (not with right angles), it will look very ugly in the VR version:

On the desktop version it looks fine:

But we need VR for the Garden Gnome Package Viewer. Apparently, the Pano2VR program converts our png files to jpg. That's why we get black corners in VR. In the end, it turns out that there is no perfect normal solution yet.

We hope for your help in solving this problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hello! Just to note here, we've responded to your email and the problem is a transparency issue on android. If Pano2VR were converting PNGs to JPGS, this would be visible everywhere including desktop, which is displaying fine.
