irregularities between version 7.02 and 7.03

hello and good day,
i'm having some problems with version 7.03 when i'm working on projects i made with 7.02. it seems to mainly affect display options with mouse-over and the like. does anyone else have such problems? at the moment i've downgraded to 7.02 .

i have this with different tours. in the first case it is a textbox that should appear in the polygon hotspot when mouse over. in the other one it is a font again mouse over in the polygon hotspot. in 7.02 it does not work in 7.03.

Hi wiso,
Please find attached a project that is using both the system default tooltip and a floating tooltip built into the skin.
The project was first built using 7.0.2 and then opened and created again using 7.0.3.
The tooltips are in the same location in both.
Can you edit the project to show the issue you are having?
