Mobile URL issue - link opening twice duplicating web pages on iPhone

I’m having an issue where a hotspot I created in the skin with a simple goto URL action is casing the web page to open up twice (two separate windows) on the iPhone.

Have only tested on iPhone 12 Max Pro; iOS ver 6.5.

Works fine in the browser on regular desktop.

I’m using Pano2VR 5.2.5 to generate output.

Hi,
Make sure you don’t have an Go To URL action in the HOtspot Template as well as the Hotspot image.
Or you don’t have any Hotspot Proxy ID’s linked to other elements with the Go To URL action.
Also have you tested with V6 or V7?

I'll double check everything. Meanwhile, I did email in a support package incase I missed, or did something incorrectly. Will also download trial versions of v7 to test there.

I could not find anything I'm aware of wrong with the code or set up. The one thing I did change from my original file was switching the action from the URL image to the parent hotspot in the skin editor. But the problem persists. However, the problem DOES NOT appear with output I generated from the trial version of pano2VR 7. Though I do intend to update, doing so at this particular time is not an option for me.
