In my tour I need to use several web elements rotated 90 degrees. But during transitions (transition settings are shown in the video), it looks terrible. First the iframe loads, then it's rotated. And only then does the transition end. I can't show that. It's very ugly. Please help me to fix it:

1) To load the iframe (Web Elements) only after the transition, not at the same time
2) To load the iframe (Web Elements) at once rotated by 90 degrees, not step by step.

All files are attached. The problem is shown in the video. Thanks for the quick help.

Here you can find the video of the problem and all the files of the project: https://fex.net/ru/s/ny9zb0e

Hi,
Testing with the current release 7.0.3, what you get is the web element is hidden until you open the next panorama.
Not seeing the small window that you are showing in your video.
Looking at your .p2vr file you are using Pano2VR 7.0.2.
Try updating to 7.0.3, does this make any difference for you?
If not please can you give more details about your computer's OS, version and which browser you are using.
Regards,

Hello,
Yes, you're right, it works fine on 7.0.3. but I have to roll back to 7.0.2 because I have a project with polygonal hotspots. I will wait for 7.0.4, where polygon hotspot and web element work well :D

I have installed version 7.0.3. You can see the settings for the web elements in the screenshot. I have tested on Android and iOS. Nowhere is it possible to close the popup window. How can I make it possible to open and close the web elements window on mobile devices?

PS: That was a question for the developers. I don't understand how on mobile devices to close a popup that contains a "Web Elements". Please explain. Thank you.

Hi,
You have to tap/click outside of the web element to close it.
Are you saying this is not working for you?

Yes. It doesn't work for me. Or rather, it only works on a computer. I specifically recorded the video. You didn't watch it? I checked on an android smartphone - it doesn't work. I checked on an iPad tablet - it doesn't work. You can check it yourself: https://t.studio360.pp.ua/

Hi,
Seeing it with your project, this is odd as tested not so long back and it was working so must have been a different build.
Thanks for the heads up and we will look into it.
