Offline Tours on Linux

Hi Everyone,
I would really like to get my tours to work OFFLINE on a Raspberry Pi 4B using a Linux based OS, but my initial tests have been unsuccessful.
As of now, i think my best chance is to get Package Viewer working on my Raspberry OS using Wine. has anyone tried this before?
Alternatively i tried to adapt the instructions i found here https://ggnome.com/wiki/creating-a-desktop-application/ to Linux but i had no success either. Do you think this is possible? Has anyone ever tried this?
I would very much appreciate any Tipp or pointer in the right direction,

PS: I guess i should mention that i am a Raspberry- and Linux-Noob but i am always willig to learn
