Hello,
i have a project, started on p2vr 6.1.15, now transfering to 7.0.3.

It has many picture patches. is there a fast and easy way to add "popping up texts" to each picture, when mouse is hoovered over it? The picture patches need a headline that says a handfull of words about each picture.
And i don´t want to copy the text into the pictures.

The project can bee seen here:
http://360.haifischbar.de/panoramen/bei ... it_debug=1

The picture patches can bee seen at panorama 340, 339, 338, and 354, 348, 351 (see preview bar at top).

greetings from germany

Hi Chris,
If that are patches then the best way will be to use a polygon hotspot with the title being the required text.

Ah, yes, thats the answer i was afraid to hear. I know poly hotspots and their proxy mechanism.

Unfortunately the virtual tour is completed with many many picture patches, i didnt count them but the must be a number of 60, 70 already build into the tour.

And now the guys from Siegen come and want some information to the picture, to the artist, that pop up when hoovering over the picture. Deep sigh

greetings from germany
Chris

Hi Chris,
All you would need to do is draw a polygon around the patch image and give it a tile.
Then under the Hotspot tab in the Web Output style the text box.
There is no need for any skin work and in Pano2VR 7 the tooltip text box will auto-switch position depending on desktop or touch screen.
