[RESOLVED] info box not showing on mobile

Hello,

I created a panorama to display an info box with a Point Hotspot and Polygon Hotspot. Everything works fine on desktop but if I'm using mobile the Point Hotspot info box doesn't show up and the polygon hotspot work fine. I tried with several browsers on Android phone, Ipad air and windows and tried with the device emulation without success.

I am including an online example and have created a downloadable file.

Hi Serge,
This is a known bug which we still need to look into.
For now, add the actions to the point hotspot as well as the container for the polygon hotspots.
Assuming you are using Pano2VR 7, to keep the point hotspots and polygon hotspots separate, in the container with the actions the Hotspot Proxy ID is st to #Poly.* so it only works with the Polygon Hotspots while the Point Hotspots have their own actions.
Please see the attached project which is a working example.
