Garden Gnome Software

Hello everyone,

Do anyone know how to add 3D Circular hotspot like in matterport?
I found 3D cursor and simple circular hotspot but I don't see 3d Circular hotspot that would be on the ground level.
If anyone know It would be very helpful

Just leave out anything to do with rotating.
