preview image of index.html for movie file

I exported a website as a 360 degree video file with pano2vr 7.
File thumbnail is
/output/images/ht_node_image_node1.jpg
When I replaced the image of and uploaded it, it was displayed.
The image in index.html becomes "please provide,,,,,,".
I replace a preview.jpg with the same size as the thumbnail, but the display does not change.
Please tell me how to set the image displayed in index.html.
