Slow down Return to horizon for package output

Hi there,
the input field in Auto Rotation -> Return to horizon takes only values from 0.1 to 10 as far as I can tell - tried 0.05 and the field seem to be limited to one decimal.
I'm doing a tour which is a mix of aerials and ground panoramas which different start views - many of them pointing down.
For the web version I have manually edited the returntohorizon="0.1" to 0.03 so if the tour is playing on a loop in a visitor centre is goes quite slowly up to the horizon.
My "problem" is that the tour should also run in kiosk mode on an iPad using the package player BUT to create the ggpkg I can't input a value lower than 0.1 in the "return to horizon" field.
Is there a way to get a number lower than 0.1 in that field??
I have managed to change the value in the ggpkg file by unzipping the package, change the value in pano.xml and put it back into the package but it is just one of those steps that will get forgotten at some point.
