Pano2VR 7 - Web Elements in the Package Viewer

Hi All,
I have been working with Pano2VR7 recently and it's simply a fantastic product, with a slew of upgrades!
One of the best features is Web Elements where one can build tours with Live Web pages embedded. I have tried this with the regular web output and it works well. However, when I create a package for the package viewer, none of the web outputs work. Has anyone experienced this before, and if so how do I fix it?
