Hello everyone!
I'm creating a 360 video tour, with 360 video nodes.
Users have to either use a menu or click a button in order to enable the action 'Play Video', and on mobile I have a play icon appear which users have to click on order to enable the action 'Play Video'.
The problem is that none of the videos play on Mac or iPhone.
'Auto start' is not enabled, which I read is a common issue. They are not looping, and they have been exported in a compatible 1920x1080 .M4V codec.
I'm using the latest version of the Pano2VR 7 beta, and I'm wondering if perhaps there's a bug somewhere. Because, even though I've set all of the videos to 'Stop' as the End Action and saved, sometimes when I open the project some have reverted back to 'Loop'?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Hi Martin,
I'm encountering the same issue and was curious whether a solution was found for iOS.
I have a simple 1-node tour with a 360 video panorama. The file is 1920 x 1080 (2180 x 1080), 31.2 MB, H.264,
Results:
Desktop:
Chrome = working, Edge = working, Firefox = working, Safari = working
iPhone:
Chrome = not working, Edge = working, Firefox = not working , Safari = not working
Android:
Chrome = working, Edge = working, Firefox = plays audio but black screen
iPad Pro
Chrome = working, Edge = working, Firefox = working , Safari = working
regards,
Tony
