Hi!
Is is possible to publish a "tour" with only one pano and no connections? I keep getting this notification

Hi jimsalabim,
Yes, you can upload one 360 panorama, what you are seeing is an error coming from somewhere else.

Also try logging out of your Google account, revoking access, then logging back in after a few minutes, and then trying again.
