Hi,
Firstly moved the post to the correct forum, this is important as users here may have better knowledge about Street View than in other forums.

This is a new one, does it happen every time?
Are you using your own Street View API Key?

Hi. Sorry. Didn't realize it should have been posted in a special place.

I am not using my own API key. Yes. It happens each time with some of the panos. Not all of the panos but I can't tell which ones and if it happens with the same ones each time.

As a test remove your Street View API key.
Restart Pano2VR and try again.
Does anything change?
If not then go back to your API key and keep an eye on which image you get the error with.

Ahh,
Sorry you said, so just keep an eye on which image you are uploading when you see the error.
What is creating the final equirectangular image?

Pano2VR does not display the name of the pano it is uploading when the error occurs. If I delete the panos on Street View and reupload the project a different subset will succeed and fail. The files were output from Stereophotomaker. I can provide them if you can test yourself for debugging purposes. There are only 24 files.

Hi,
Yes please, send them to support.
Make sure the tour is not on Street View.

I deleted the tour on Street View and uploaded it again without error. Apparently this was a transient problem with Street View. I'll let you know if it happens again.

Hi.

This error still happening even I don't upload to street view in the las month. As I already commented months ago reporting the same problem, if I publish the tour from Panoskin or Gothru the result is 100% satisfactory and immediate. Before this did not happen with version 6.
Also when I try to delete the tour from Pano2Vr, it freezes and I have to force exit from the operating system.
Are you taking measures to solve it?.

Hi Javier B,
First try to log out from your Google account, Revoke access.
Then log back in remembering that you NEED to check the box to allow Pano2VR 7 to edit your 360 photos.
This will probably stop the message when you open Pano2VR.

Another known thing we have seen is for some reason Google changes the Photo ID, so on upload, a Photo ID is assigned to a panorama by Google.
Pano2VR makes a note of this, then once uploaded Google then changes it causing the message that a photo can not be found.

What you need to do is in the project select the panorama in the Tour Browser, then select the panorama in the Street View browser and right button click, you will probably see the message to connect to the current panorama, I say probably as if it is already connected you will not see the message to connect.

Select conned and the Photo ID in Pano2VR is updated.
See if any of the above helps.
