I wonder is this an issue?
If I can remember, panorama uploaded from Pano2VR should face like default view in Pano2VR.
For example this one faces opposite direction as intended: https://goo.gl/maps/ogDb5j5nn9sLPEEf8
When opened it shows car on the street but default view should show three windows with Logo.
Does Street View honor Pano2VR default view setting or not?
Is there some other way how to set default view for uploaded panoramas on street view?

So, is it possible have custom direction or Google does it automatically?

Hi,
You can set the Default View for the starting node, but Google Maps may not use this, they call it a feature that it may use a random starting view.
That said most of my own projects seem to be OK.

But Google sets the target views for each of the links, so opposite the point of entry, so always going forward.
