Street View Error popup

Has anyone experienced the Street View Error popup below on v7? The account I use for Google Street View shows connected but when I select the Street View Browser button, or when I first open up v7, I get this popup. Thoughts? What am I doing wrong? I've also attached a screenshot of the popup itself. Thanks in advance!
