Problem with Mute on iOS devices

Hello,
I am experiencing an estrange problem muting background sound on Ios devices.
In the tour there are several background sounds depending on the node.
When the tour loads and I try to mute the background sound, it does not mute. When I move between nodes with the same background sound the mute does not work.
When I move to a node with a different background sound, the mute works fine and it continues working fine, even with the initial nodes where it did not work at the beginning.
This problem does not happen with Android, and Windows.
Any explanation ??
