Sounds on mobile phone doesn't work

Hello!
The sounds that I put on the scene are working in VR and in computer version, however, in the mobile version they doesn't works.
I have tried in the variable to add it in the activator "*resp_phone" but what it does is that all the sounds of the scene are played.
How could I do it in the mobile version to associate the sound with the differentes hotspots?
