Tab opens twice on iOS

Hello everyone!
I found an issue with POIs on iPhone. I put a random icon with the Action "Go to URL" and want it to open in a new tab. When i click on the POI on the computer everything works fine, but when i click on it with my iPhone in Safari the tab opens twice. This happened with two different iPhone 12 minis with iOS version 15. When i tried it with an older iPhone SE in Safari and an Andoid in Chrome this issue did not show up. I found a similiar topic from 2015 here: viewtopic.php?t=10226. I attached the skin and a screencast. Did someone experience the same problem and could solve it?
