Embedded video does not work on smartphones

When viewing the created page on a smartphone, the picture does not move when I tap the video file embedded on the panorama. Only the sound plays.
Files I have output in the past work fine, so I am wondering if I have made a mistake in the export settings or skin settings? The video files themselves are exactly the same.
What could be the reason? Please tell us.
