skin actions to a pinned photo?

hi,
can i give skin actions to a pinned photo?
i have a container with actions, witch i linked with the ID to a polygon hotspot.
now i like to link it to a pinned photo (pinned photo has no other action, e.g. shown, or shown 100%)
is this possible? work around is to make a rough polygon, where the pinned photo is . (because the picture disapears when starting to draw the polygon...) maybe there is a better solution?!
