Is it possible to restore a .ggskc file from the skin.js file?

Hello fellow users,
is it possible to restore a .ggskc file from the skin.js?
I have a big tour that I want to update but can't find the skin file anymore. The skin.js is a readable readable document so I thought that maybe there is a way to restore a .ggskc file from that, maybe by the developer itself?
