Hi there,
when presenting the tour within an iframe my control element for set volume (main) or audio/video stop (_background) isn´t responding.
Also when starting fullscreen: no effect.

What´s the trick?

Does your iframe code have the allow fullscreen attribute?
This is a useful website: https://www.iframe-generator.com, this should allow the fullscreen button to work.
With regards to your control element can you go into more detail on what this is, is it a container with actions?
