API to control every unique polygon's properties

Hello Obecjt2VR Team,
We are looking for a solution where we can control the properties of all our polygons through API. We want to change the background color, toggle visibility by targeting the IDs of our polygons.
We are trying to create an apartment configurator where, every polygon will represent an apartment. Hence, we want to have different colors to different apartment types and also toggle their visibility when a search query tries to filter out certain polygons by their IDs.
Can you please help us achieve this ? We are desperately looking for a solution to this.
