clipped PNG as jpg has black background

I know somewhere in the back of my head, I have come across this issue in the forum somewhere, but I can not remember where.
I have a batch of transparent background pngs, I want to make a 360 of them, but I do not want it to be transparent. The png output is just too big. When I output the 360, everything that would be transparent is showing up black, I want the black to be white. I know it is in the images and not the html. I see the black background in there. I have played with the background color in "process images" but that is not the answer, it only changes the background color of the area of the crop that is outside the art-board of the original image.
All that being said, how do I make the transparent background white instead of black.
Thanks
