Small Skin Project - Photo Gallery

I need help. I need a skin component, or two, that will display photo galleries in a tour. This is, I believe, fairly simply but I just can't wrap my head around the Gallery components and don't have the time to invest to learn.
As an example of what I need, Hopki posted a Gallery Project on March 1, viewtopic.php?f=13&t=15589.
This is more than I need but is the best example I can give. I just need the component(s) so I can use them as I build these tours.
I'm happy to answer additional questions, also please provide how long and fees. Thank you!
