Abort iOS on nodes with pinned images

Good day,

I made a project with a menu card at the table. It actually works great. Unfortunately, loading with iOS devices (iPad and iPhone) stops after three seconds and reloads the tour. Android, Windows, Mac OS works. Can someone help me with the problem? To test it, you can simply press the menu button at the bottom of the menu. Then you immediately get to table 3 with the menu.

I thank you!

Hi,
The problem is the pixel size of some of your images, not panoramas but the images in the skin.
As a guide, you should not go above 900px image size in the longest direction.
Looking at your files you have two that would cause this issue as their sizes are, 1407 x 669px and another 6000 x 640px.
Make sure no one image is above say 900px and this should do it :D
Regards,

Hi Martin, thanks for the quick reply! It is a 675 megapixel panorama. The smallest patch and thus the converted image is of course really big. I'll pull everything down to 50 percent and test it! Feedback will follow!

... have now reduced it to 50 percent. Still won't work on my iPad. The size of the patch (nodal point) doesn't matter because of the tiles, right? The largest pinned image is now 784x784px! can you watch it again at your place? Thank you very much!

Hi have just opened your link with my iPhone and it now opens without crashing Safari, so from that point of view it’s now working.
Maybe clear your browsers cache and try again.

Thank-you! I pinned a door on another tour and it's a lot bigger from the pixels. Why does it work there? Is that an iOS problem that can be fixed with an update? My iPad just seems too old ...

THX and best regards from Germany!
