Batch Image recognition and blurring of faces and number plates

Hi there,
Does anyone know of any commercial offerrings of batch image recognition and blurring software for faces and number plates? Preferably something with a GUI that can run on Windows that i can process with before loading into pano2VR.
I have found a product from eyedea.ai that looks to be sufficient, however im keen to see if anyone else has already been down this path.
