Hi there.

I'm trying to add a time delay to a Node Marker
which will delay a action View-Move to View
for 2 seconds before happening.
Is this possible?

Yes it's possible if you have a look at this post: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=13079#p54668
What happens in this component is the Target URL is stored in a variable until the timer calls for the open next panorama action.
This sounds very similar to what you want to do.
