Hello,
I need to replace the old virtual tour with a customer who took over the premises after the old company and has a new store here. I could ask you how to delete the original virtual tour so I can upload a new one. The original tour was photographed by someone else 2 years ago.

perhaps the procedure will be useful for someone:
each of the ponoramas must report separately "Report a problem". Select "Other" from the options and state in the description that the tour will be replaced by a newer version.
It is significantly faster if this request is submitted by the verified owner of the new store / place where the virtual tour will be.
If possible, it will help if the old company / place is marked as permanently closed.
Once a new tour of the place has been uploaded, it will also help.
It is simply necessary to prove to map administrator that he can safely delete the old tour and not damage his reputation.
