POI not found when trying to add a place

Hello,
This is my first attempt using Pano2VR to upload a GSV Tour. ON my first pano I'm trying to add a place but the store is not included on the POI list that is offered, nor is it found when I try to add from Google. However, the business can be found in google maps. The business is Serra Dispensary in Hollywood CA. It is a newer store, but it is on google maps. I can also find the business with the service I have been using, Panoskin.
How can I get the correct place in this tour?
